Fattal Hotels is looking for a Domestic Tourism Sales Manager to lead and grow our local tourism sales activities for the Limited Edition Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, organizations, and key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage commercial negotiations and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate closely with hotel management and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English.
