מסגרת התפקיד
• מיפוי וזיהוי אתגרים והזדמנויות שעשויים להיטיב עם המטופל במסלול ניהול מחלתו, בתחומים האסטרטגים של רוש
• עבודה מול גורמים במערכת הבריאות - קופות החולים, בתי חולים, משרד הבריאות, אקדמיה, מרכזי חדשנות ועוד - בניית קשרים מקצועיים, זיהוי ממשקים לשיתופי פעולה והובלתם
• ניהול פרויקטים ושיתופי פעולה להנגשת פתרונות הוליסטיים וחדשניים לקידום הבריאות ושיפור מסע המטופל
• חיבור בין מידע רפואי, מיזמים ואנשים באקוסיסטם הבריאות המקומי והגלובלי
• מינוף ושיתוף מידע, עבודת צוות מטריציונית בתוך ומחוץ לחברה
דרישות התפקיד
• תואר במדעי החיים או מקצועות הבריאות (רפואה, רוקחות, סיעוד וכד') יתרון לתואר נוסף במינהל מערכות בריאות / מינהל עסקים / תעשייה וניהול
• יתרון לניסיון עבודה במערכת הבריאות הציבורית
• יכולת לימוד וידע במגוון תחומים תרפויטים, יצירת קשרים מקצועיים לטווח ארוך
• ראש יזמי, יצירתיות וזיקה לעולם הבריאות הדיגיטלית והחדשנות
• יכולת ניהול עצמי גבוהה, עבודה בצוות מטריציוני והנעת תהליכים
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה
• העבודה באיזור מרכז ודרומה
