· אדריכל/ית או מהנדס/ת אזרחי או הנדסאי/ת בניין או הנדסאי אדריכלות.
· אחריות, סדר וארגון.
· שליטה ביישומי אופיס, אוטוקאד וצפייה במודל רויט.
· הבנה וקריאה של תוכניות, לרבות אדריכלות, שלד, אינסטלציה, חשמל, מיזוג ואיוורור.
· יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית, ניהול מס׳ פרויקטים במקביל, עמידה לוחות זמנים, מעקב אחר משימות, אישור חשבונות.

תחומי אחריות:
1. ניהול וקידום הפרויקטים בצד הרישוי והתכנוני, משלב מקדים של החתמת חוזה מול בעלי הקרקע ועד קבלת היתר בניה, ליווי הביצוע ואיכלוס הפרויקטים.
2. תיאום ופגישות מול מתכנני ויועצי החברה, רשויות וכל הנדרש.
3. בדיקה ובקרת איכות של כלל התוכניות היועצים והמתכננים, זיהוי פערים והעברת הערות מקצועיות עד לאישורן.
4. קיום פגישות עם בעלי הקרקע לצורך קידום התכנון והוצאת תוכניות.
5. ליווי הביצוע בנושאי התכנון ככל שיידרש, לרבות ביקורים באתרי החברה.
6. ייצוג החברה מול הרשויות המקומיות, מכוני בקרה וגורמים מאשרים.
7. ניהול ומעקב אחר לוחות זמנים של הרישוי והתכנון עד קבלת היתר בניה והוצאת תוכניות לביצוע.
