    Role Description

    We are looking for a Junior Production Testing Engineer to join our Operation Engineering department.

    You will support the operations and maintenance of our Automated Test Equipment (ATE). In this role, you will assist in the transfer, optimization, and daily efficiency of ATE systems on the production line and for RMA processes, helping to ensure our products meet the highest quality and manufacturing standards.

    You will report to the Production Engineering Manager.

    On-site - Working daily from our office in Caesarea

    What You Will Be Doing

    • ATE Transfer & Implementation: Support the transfer and integration of ATE systems from development into the mass production line, assisting senior engineers with project execution.

    • Production & RMA Efficiency: Monitor ATE performance on the floor. Help identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, optimize test times, and support processes for active production lines and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.

    • Test Infrastructure: Assist in setting up, installing, validating, and maintaining ATE test stations and infrastructure.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with ATE development, Hardware (HW), and R&D teams to support daily manufacturing operations and help troubleshoot test-related issues.

    • Data-Driven Optimization: Help analyze ATE test data and yield metrics to highlight potential process improvements, throughput increases, and cost-reduction initiatives.

    • Technical Troubleshooting: Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical data sheets to support production test processes and ensure adherence to standard specifications.

    • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in generating reports and presentations detailing root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and standard follow-ups.

    What You Should Have

    • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent technical field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

    • 1-3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing operations environment. Familiarity with ATE management or the networking industry is a plus.

    • Basic understanding of RF technology and familiarity with operating RF lab equipment and measurement devices (e.g., Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers) from academic or professional experience.

    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to track tasks through to completion

    • A proactive, motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives as a collaborative team player. Goal-oriented with a desire to meet targets and deadlines.

    • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

    • Strong proficiency in English (good reading, writing, and speaking skills).
