• ליווי משפטי של עסקאות מימון בשעבוד נדל"ן / ציוד/ רכבים
• טיפול בתהליכי גביה
• הכנת הסכמים, ביצוע בדיקות משפטיות, רישום משפטי ועוד
• ניהול מו"מ מול גורמים שונים, כולל עורכי דין, בנקים ולקוחות.
דרישות:
• ניסיון מוכח בליווי עסקאות מימון מגובות נדל"ן, לפחות 5 שנים – חובה
• ניסיון בגופים חוץ-בנקאיים/ בנקאים בעסקאות מימון- יתרון משמעותי
• השכלה: תואר ראשון במשפטים ורישיון עריכת דין ישראלי בתוקף
• הכרות מעמיקה עם תחום מימון נדל"ן
• יכולת הובלת תהליכים וחשיבה משפטית עם אוריינטציה עסקית
• יסודיות, אחריות אישית ויכולת לימוד עצמי
• יכולת התמודדות עם סוגיות מורכבות
• מיומנויות תקשורת מצוינות, בכתב ובעל פה
