Position Overview-
• DevOps Team Lead leading a squad of 3–4 DevOps Engineers with a ~70% hands-on footprint, reporting directly to the Head of DevOps & Data.
• Owning team execution, workload planning, infrastructure roadmaps, delivery cycles, and hands-on mentoring.
• Architecting and maintaining highly resilient, mission-critical production systems operating under strict regulatory standards (ensuring zero data loss and high availability).
• Managing infrastructure automation, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security frameworks across AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC utilities.
• Partnering closely with R&D, Data, and Security teams to support continuous production deployments for global enterprise clients.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- DevOps Leadership, Infrastructure Architecture, Cloud Provisioning (AWS), Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), Scripting (Python), Monitoring/Logging (ELK Stack), Linux System Administration, High-Availability / Zero-Data-Loss Environments, Financial Regulatory Compliance.
Requirements-
• 2 years of experience in technical team management or squad leadership within R&D / Infrastructure groups – Mandatory
• 5 years of robust, hands-on professional experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer managing production environments – Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade mastery of Linux operating systems and core system administration – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration in high-volume, multi-cluster setups – Mandatory
• Solid experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform – Mandatory
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD automation, configuration management (Ansible/Helm), scripting languages (Python), and observability stacks (ELK) – Mandatory
• Proven capability to design resilient, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of maintaining strict data integrity and zero downtime – Mandatory
