MALAM, Missile and Space Systems Division, is seeking an Avionics Systems Engineer.

The role includes:

• Leading the definition, development, integration, and testing of avionics systems.

• Defining the system architecture.

• Analyzing, developing, and managing system requirements.

• Writing system and subsystem requirements specification documents.

• Performing system design of avionics systems, including the definition of interfaces and processes.

• Defining development and system integration tests.

• Participating in system integration activities and system-level testing.

• Coordinating between engineering teams and participating in engineering design reviews.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mandatory. Preference for a degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering.

• At least 3–5 years of previous experience in a multidisciplinary project as an Avionics Systems Engineer or Multidisciplinary Systems Engineer – Mandatory.

• Previous experience in system integration or design verification testing – Advantage.

• An additional 2–3 years of previous experience in hardware development, software development, or design/implementation of communication networks – Advantage.

• Experience with airborne systems – Advantage.

• Familiarity with complex systems.

• System-level thinking.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
