Technical Sales Specialist – Bakery & Confectionery

Meala is looking for a passionate Technical Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help food manufacturers develop the next generation of bakery and confectionery products using our innovative functional protein.

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with customer-facing activities, helping customers translate their product challenges into successful commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and product development challenges.

• Recommend and adapt Meala's solutions to fit customer applications and production capabilities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and application trials.

• Provide technical support throughout the evaluation and implementation process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to develop creative solutions for customers.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and support business growth.

• Requirements

• B.Sc. in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in the food industry, with expertise in bakery and confectionery applications.

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

• Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.

• Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer solutions.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
