Elmo Motion Control is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner- Maternity Leave Replacement to join our HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years background in recruitment and proven experience in recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial company.
Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
