• פיקוח, בקרה ודיווח שוטף על התקדמות המשימות מול הלקוחות.
• עבודה במצב של ריבוי משימות וממשקים מרובים מול גורמים שונים באגף ה-IT ובארגון כולו.
• ניהול ישיר של צוות מנתחי מערכות, מתן ייעוץ מקצועי והטמעת שיטות ונהלי עבודה מוגדרים (כתלות בשיבוץ בפועל ברמת הסיווג המוגדרת לתפקיד).

• השכלה (חובה): תואר ראשון רלוונטי (מדעי המחשב / הנדסת מחשבים / תעשייה וניהול או ניהול מערכות מידע) או תואר ראשון אחר + 300 שעות קורסי מערכות מידע או הנדסאי מגמת מחשבים/טכנולוגיה או ללא תואר + 400 שעות קורסים מתקדמים במערכות מידע.
