The Role
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for high-precision medical systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that every component—from complex mechanical shells to delicate electronic sensors—meets our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and manage a global network of suppliers for mechanical, electronic, and medical-grade components.
• Supply Chain Management: Navigate complex, high-stakes supply chains, ensuring seamless flow and inventory optimization.
• Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations to improve commercial terms, lead times, and quality assurance.
• Data Management: Full ownership of procurement modules within Priority ERP, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Finance, QA, and Production to support R&D projects and mass production.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in procurement, specifically within the Med-Tech, Aerospace, or High-Tech manufacturing sectors.
• ERP Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Priority ERP (must-have).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485 experience is a major plus).
• Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience managing complex, international supply chains with multiple dependencies.
• Languages: Fluent English and Hebrew (written and verbal) – essential for global vendor management.
• Mindset: A "bolter" personality—proactive, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, life-saving technology environment.
