Technical Project Manager

About the Role

The role includes leading digital transformation programs, driving technological innovation, and bridging business needs with advanced technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-organizational projects across business and technology teams

• Translate business requirements into advanced technological solutions and specifications

• Work closely with vendors, global teams, and development teams across Cloud and On-Prem environments

• Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management processes

• Lead steering committees and collaborate with senior management and executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in financial or technology organizations

Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding and ability to work with architects, data teams, and developers

• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project management tools

• Strong leadership, influence, and matrix management capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI / Data / Analytics projects

• Familiarity with Finance or Insurance domains
