טכנאי/ת אוטומציה- מפעל ההרכבות

תיאור משרה

• תפעול מערכות אוטומטיות במפעל ההרכבות.

• בדיקת תפקיד המכונה ומוצרים מוגמרים.

• ביצוע סט אפים למכונות אוטומטיות (רובוטיקה, מערכות הלחמה, (Vision, טיפול בתקלות שונות, ביצוע טיפולים

• הטכנאי/ת אחראי/ת על תפעול המכונות במהלך המשמרת

• מתן מענה למערכות וציוד תומך ייצור: קווים ידניים, מכונות חצי אוטומטיות, מערכות תפעול מפעל

דרישות

• ניסיון בתפקיד דומה בתעשייה- לפחות שנתיים

• נכונות לעבודה במשמרות של 12 שעות, כולל סופי שבוע – חובה.

• הנדסאי/ת מכונות – יתרון.

• ניסיון והיכרות עם אוטומציה- יתרון משמעותי

• ניסיון והיכרות עם מערכות ממוחשבות – חובה.

• עברית- ברמת קריאה, כתיבה

• אנגלית ברמה בסיסית (קריאה)- חובה

Responsibilities (English)

• Operated automated systems in the assembly manufacturing facility.

• Monitored machine performance and inspected finished products to ensure quality standards.

• Performed machine setup (setups) for automated equipment, including robotics, soldering systems, and vision inspection systems.

• Troubleshot equipment issues and carried out preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Responsible for operating and monitoring production machines throughout the shift.

• Provided technical support for production support equipment, including manual production lines, semi-automatic machines, and factory operating systems.

Qualifications (English)

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends – required.

• Practical Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – an advantage.

• Experience and familiarity with automation systems – a significant advantage.

• Experience and proficiency with computerized systems – required.

• Hebrew – proficient in reading and writing.

• Basic English reading skills – required.
