Information Systems Implementer Job Description:

• Implementation and integration of the organization’s information system

• Gathering business requirements from end-users and translating them into system specifications

• Training users and providing ongoing support

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Information Systems Implementer / Application Specialist – significant advantage

• Familiarity with ERP / CRM or other enterprise management systems

• Strong business understanding and ability to analyze and document processes

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to work with multiple interfaces

• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented approach, and patience
