Senior Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist | Jerusalem – Hybrid

A government organization is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist to join its Cyber Technologies Unit and work in a complex, challenging, and highly advanced technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, operate, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity systems and infrastructure

• Implement and manage security solutions across DDoS Protection, WAF, CDN, Secure Web Browsing, Email Security, DNS, and MFT

• Design security architectures and solutions based on organizational requirements

• Work with security technologies including Firewalls, IPS, Proxy, IAM, and MFA

• Evaluate new technologies and provide professional recommendations

• Support projects end-to-end, from solution design and planning through full implementation across On-Premises and Cloud environments

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and respond to cybersecurity incidents in real time

• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud teams, as well as vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security implementation – required

• Significant hands-on experience with DDoS protection and application security technologies, including WAF, CDN, Reverse Proxy, and IPS

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Email and Email Security systems

• In-depth knowledge of DNS and Internet protocols

• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and Routing

• Experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, Proxy, IAM, and MFA

• Hands-on experience with public cloud environments – AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

• Experience working with Data Center environments and critical infrastructure

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal customers

• Relevant technological education and/or professional training
