DTC Operations Specialist

ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale.

This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

We are looking for a D2C Operations Specialist to take ownership of the setup, configuration, and day-to-day operations of ZyG’s DTC stores.

In this role, you will support store launches, manage operational workflows, maintain store data and configurations, and ensure stores are ready to scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Performance, CRO, Creative, and Partnerships teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Set up, configure, and maintain eCommerce stores, backend systems, and operational tools.

• Upload products, manage catalogs, configure pricing, and support store launches.

• Build and optimize automations for

• operational workflows, leveraging tools, data, and AI-driven processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scale.

• Monitor day-to-day operations and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.

• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Performance, CRO, Creative, and Partnerships teams to improve workflows and scale operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working with systems, data, and operational processes.

• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Advantages

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.

• Experience with product catalogs, store operations.

• Basic scripting or coding skills (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

• Experience with QA, troubleshooting, or automation workflows.

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, performance marketing, CRO, or DTC operations.
