Junior NPI & Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group. In this role, you will support the transition of new products from development to mass production, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, manufacturing teams, and subcontractors to ensure product readiness and ongoing quality.

Requirements: · Up to 5 years of experience in NPI, product engineering, or manufacturing engineering · Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering · Experience transferring products from development to manufacturing environments · Strong understanding of hardware systems and product-level troubleshooting · Knowledge of networking protocols · Fluent English, both written and spoken · Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently · Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have · Experience working with subcontractors or global manufacturing partners · Experience supporting software or firmware releases · Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes · Experience in multidisciplinary hardware/software environments
