Head of IT Infrastructure | DevOps | Cyber Security | InfraOps

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure to lead our enterprise infrastructure organization, managing mission-critical environments while driving innovation, operational excellence, and infrastructure modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and end-user infrastructure.

• Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Drive infrastructure modernization through Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Lead incident management and continuous service improvement.

• Manage and develop Infrastructure, Networking, System Administration, DevOps, and AS/400 teams.

• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap and lead cross-functional strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience leading IT Infrastructure in medium to large organizations.

• Proven experience managing multiple technical teams and mission-critical production environments.

• Strong expertise in servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, monitoring, backup, cybersecurity, and ITSM/ITIL.

• Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, and automation technologies.
