Marketing Specialist

Military Marketing – Europe | Israel | IAI – Corporate Marketing

We are looking for a Military Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Marketing organization at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), focusing on the European market.

The position includes:

• Leading marketing and sales activities for defense customers across Europe, including Ministries of Defense, armed forces, and defense industries

• Identifying new customers and business partners while expanding the regional marketing infrastructure

• Managing and strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers across Europe

• Leading negotiations with customers and strategic business partners

• Representing IAI at international exhibitions, conferences, and professional events throughout Europe

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Law, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience leading international sales processes with government organizations, military customers, or large enterprises

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Proven experience negotiating with international customers

• Experience selling defense products in Europe – a significant advantage

• Strong technical understanding of defense systems and products – a significant advantage

• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
