Production Engineer – Defense Company, Northern Israel

A defense company located in Tel Hai, near Kiryat Shmona, is looking for a Production Engineer to join its team.

Responsibilities include:

Technical ownership of products end-to-end, from board level to final product, including customer repairs

Providing technical support for recurring issues and failures

Writing and updating work instructions and drawings

Training and supporting technicians on the production line

Solving complex engineering problems

Leading and working with cross-functional interfaces, including R&D, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production

Improving product yields by initiating and implementing engineering changes

Requirements:

Bsc in Electronics Engineering – mandatory

At least 2 years of experience – mandatory

Experience in operational engineering / production engineering departments – mandatory

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings

Independent, responsible, fast learner with a hands-on approach

Ability to work with multiple interfaces and under pressure
