About The Position

Raft Technologies is seeking highly motivated and skilled support/NOC operator to join our NOC team. As a NOC Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge network infrastructure.

The NOC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the successful candidate will be required to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide T1 & T2 level technical and customer support to global clients

• Monitor network infrastructure using specialized tools

• Respond promptly to alerts and notifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a Tier1/2 support or NOC Operator with strong technical background

• Fluent English speaker

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting

• Available for 5 shifts per week, including night shifts

• Willingness to work Sunday – Saturday
