Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to join an R&D team developing and integrating AI capabilities into advanced real-time systems.

This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on bringing AI capabilities into complex operational environments. You will work at the intersection of software development, AI integration, and real-time systems, turning advanced AI capabilities into robust, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI capabilities into complex real-time software systems

• Design and implement software components and interfaces supporting AI-based functionality

• Integrate AI models and services into existing software architectures

• Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable software for operational environments

• Perform system integration, testing, debugging, and performance optimization

• Work closely with AI, Software, System, and Integration teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Support the transition of AI capabilities from development environments into production and operational systems

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field – must

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience – must

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar programming languages

• Experience developing and integrating software components in complex systems

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, interfaces, and integration processes

• Experience working in multidisciplinary R&D environments

• Experience with real-time systems – significant advantage

• Experience integrating AI/ML models or AI-based capabilities into software systems – significant advantage

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and development environments – advantage

• Experience with complex, large-scale, or mission-critical systems – advantage
