Requirements: What You Bring to the Table • Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and asynchronous work environment with ongoing daily correspondence by email - Must • 5+ years of experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint- Must • Deep understanding of Dataverse, including security models, solution management, and scalable architecture design- Must • Strong experience designing business applications, automation workflows, and digital experiences on the Microsoft Power Platform- Must • Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions • Ability to evaluate and apply "configuration over customization" principles while identifying when custom development is appropriate • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with internal and external business systems • Proficiency with REST APIs, integration patterns, SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and .NET • Experience developing custom Power Platform components, including PCF controls and React-based user interfaces (Code Apps) • Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Dataverse plugins and business logic using C# • Experience with Azure Functions and Azure cloud services supporting Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, and Agile delivery methodologies • Experience with third-party integrations such as DocuSign, Workday, OData, or other enterprise platforms • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft development toolkits • Ability to maintain a partial overlap with US business hours to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies are a plus
