Responsibilities (English)
• Serve as the link between the Engineering and Production departments, providing technical support to the manufacturing floor.
• Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead projects aimed at improving machine availability, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Manage and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and TPM activities.
• Train and support maintenance and operations teams on equipment and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of new machines and systems, including documentation, spare parts setup, and system integration.
Qualifications (English)
• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics, or a Practical Engineering degree in one of these fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for engineers or 5 years for practical engineers.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; heavy industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English, including reading and understanding technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HMI/control systems.
