COMBLACK is hiring an OT IT Team Leader for a leading industrial company in the Sharon area!

An exciting opportunity to lead a technical team and manage the IT infrastructure across OT environments, manufacturing plants, and production systems.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in endpoint IT / technical support / infrastructure

• Experience working in OT / industrial / manufacturing environments

• Previous experience in leading and managing a technical team

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues

• Strong system-level perspective and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
