Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Network & Communications Team Manager for a government organization in Jerusalem

Role Overview

Lead the Network, Communications, and Multimedia team in a large government organization. The role includes managing communication infrastructure, Microsoft services, endpoint deployment, technical support, and network operations across multiple sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 12+ employees

• Experience administering Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and user permissions

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, enterprise networking, video conferencing, and multimedia systems

• Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ end users

• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, endpoint deployment, and network troubleshooting

• Relevant academic qualification or equivalent technological training as required by the position
