Business Controller

Siemens Mobility is seeking a highly motivated Business Controller to join our headquarters team in Rosh HaAyin.

This role combines business analysis, project pricing, support, and commercial finance activities within a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial and commercial analysis for tenders and business opportunities.

• Building business plans, cost estimations, and profitability assessments.

• Support contract, commercial, and business decision-making processes.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful project execution.

• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business performance monitoring.

• Reporting in different company tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• 3-5 years of significant experience as an Economist, Business Analyst, or Commercial Finance professional in a commercial organization.

• Strong experience in pricing, tenders, contracts, and project financial analysis.

• Ability to navigate complex organizational processes and work effectively in a large corporate environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple interfaces.

• Highly digitalized and tool oriented

• High communication skills

• Experience in a global company is an advantage.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
