We are looking for a Materials Laboratory Technician to join a leading defense company located in Beer Yaakov.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and testing of parts throughout the production line.

• Conduct testing on production samples and incoming inspection items.

• Learn inspection methods and complete the required certifications.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Monitor and control work processes to ensure quality standards.

• Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer (Handasai) / Technician diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field – Required.

• Relevant professional certification – Advantage.

• Experience with materials testing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – Significant advantage.

• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate with engineering and administrative stakeholders in a matrix environment.

• Self-learning capabilities and a proactive approach.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
