DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer We are a stealth-mode startup building a unique product in the AI Infrastructure space.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on DevOps engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, security and production environment.

Position: Remote, 25%-50% to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities • Design and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform / Bicep

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes and AKS

• Support SOC 2 readiness and cloud security

• Build monitoring, logging and observability processes

• Manage networking, secrets and access controls

• Improve reliability, performance and cloud costs

• Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / AKS

• Strong understanding of cloud security and production environments

• Linux and scripting skills

• Independent problem-solving and strong ownership Advantage • AI Infrastructure or SaaS experience

• DevSecOps experience

• Microservices architecture

• Early-stage startup experience

• Experience supporting SOC 2 or enterprise security requirements

This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape the infrastructure architecture and have direct influence on how the platform scales.
