M&A Senior Analyst (2977)

IDE Technologies, a global leader in water desalination and advanced water treatment, is seeking a Senior M&A & Corporate Development Analyst to join our team.

In this high-impact role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s strategic growth, evaluating new market and product entries and supporting pre-project deal structuring and project financing. Working closely with the CEO, executive leadership and shareholder representatives, you will directly shape our global expansion strategy.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Growth & Market Analysis: Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

M&A Execution: Source, evaluate and execute global deal opportunities, managing end-to-end due diligence.

Tenders & Project Finance: Drive techno-economic modeling, bid strategies and lender engagement for major BOT tenders.

Financial Modeling & Valuations: Build robust financial models, investment cases and risk evaluations.

Executive & Board Support: Deliver strategic presentations and analytical materials for senior leadership and the Board.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.

5–10 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Financial / Management Consulting.

*Industry Experience (Advantage): Background in infrastructure water, or energy sectors.

Analytical Core: Strong financial modeling, valuation, market analysis and due diligence management.

Commercial Acumen: Excellent business judgment with the ability to evaluate strategic, financial, technical and legal factors.

Communication & Execution: Fluent business English, strong presentation skills and the ability to drive independent workstreams in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

Global Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed. Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
