Job description

As an iOS developer at YIT, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining native iOS applications using Swift and Swift UI. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, build, and deliver high-quality mobile experiences for our users.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise iOS development using Swift and Swift UI. You should also have a strong understanding of UI design patterns and mobile best practices. Experience with storage, caching, and threading is also essential.

You should have a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and experience with version control systems using Git. Experience with RESTful JSON web services is a plus.

In this role, you will be expected to create clean and reusable components, write clean and modular code that adheres to standards, and minimize technical debt while improving code coverage. You should also have a strong understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.

Overall, as an iOS developer at YIT, you will play a crucial role in developing popular Israeli applications such as Ynet and contribute to the success of our mobile efforts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise iOS (Swift) development- required.

• Experience using AI tools- a significant advantage.

• Strong understanding of UI design patterns, native capabilities, device and operating system variabilities, and mobile best practices.

• Experience with storage, caching, and threading.

• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.

• Experience working with RESTful JSON Web Services.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Experience with version control systems using Git and Git-based repository services.
