SoC Validation Team Leader

Nuvoton Technology Israel is seeking an experienced SoC Validation Team Leader to lead the system validation team activities for our next-generation BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) SoCs, widely used in enterprise and data center servers.

As a Nuvoton employee, you will join a multidisciplinary team developing and qualifying advanced embedded solutions for application processors, security processors (Caliptra, TrustZone/OPTEE), and embedded I/O processors

. Responsibilitie

• s:Lead a team of experienced system and validation engineers, including hands-on involvemen

• t.Define and execute validation strategies for complex SoC products across pre- and post-silicon stage

• s.Collaborate closely with HW, Embedded SW, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure full system coverag

• e.Analyze product requirements and define comprehensive validation plans and methodologie

• s.Develop and maintain validation environments, including test frameworks, automation, and infrastructur

• e.Drive debug and root-cause analysis of system-level issues across HW/SW boundarie

• s.Ensure high-quality validation coverage and sign-off aligned with product and customer requirement

• s.Support pre-silicon activities (emulation, FPGA) and post-silicon bring-up and system validatio

• n.Drive continuous improvements in validation processes, tools, and productivit

• y.Mentor and support team members in technical growth and execution excellenc

• e.Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team member

Job Requireme

• nts:BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering –

• MustMinimum 10 years of experience in developing or testing embedded environments –
