Redler Technologies is an established technology company specializing in advanced motion control and smart power management systems. We develop and manufacture motor controllers, power management systems, and intelligent circuit protection solutions for the defense and industrial markets.

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team and work on advanced electronic systems throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform board bring-up, testing, and initial operation of electronic circuits and assemblies

• Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware failures and design-related issues

• Select and qualify electronic components for existing products and new developments

• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with PCB designers

• Support R&D teams and embedded software engineers on hardware-related matters

• Provide professional technical support to customers

• Work closely with development, production, and integration teams

• Participate in product development and continuous improvement processes

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a Practical Electronics Engineering diploma

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Hands-on experience with analog circuits

• Strong ability to read and understand electronic schematics

• Significant knowledge and practical experience in power electronics

• Proven experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronic circuit design

• Experience working with PCB designers

• Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory equipment

• Experience with embedded systems

• Experience providing technical support to customers
