About the Role:

• Proactively monitor and identify faults in advanced communication systems.

• Provide quick and effective initial response to issues.

• Interface with a diverse client base across the country.

• Manage ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure problem resolution.

• Deepen your knowledge of wireless equipment and communication solutions, in both theory and practice.

• This position is also suitable for graduates of military tech units and students in technological degree programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Wireless certifications and work experience in the communications field - a significant advantage.

• Strong technical attitude and self-learning skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.

• Familiarity with generating reports on monitoring and tracking.
