Lawyer – Executive Compensation

Our practice group advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of equity compensation, from early-stage start-ups to some of the world’s largest companies, both private and public. We are involved in a wide range of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, secondary transactions and investment rounds, and are an integral part of the deal team.

The practice works closely with the firm’s corporate, securities, employment and labor, and tax departments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience

• High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Graduates of leading academic institution

• Strong initiative, motivation to learn and grow

• Team player with high professional standards and attention to detail
