A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for a Prompt Engineer to join its growing AI team.

In this role, you will translate business needs into AI-powered solutions, design and optimize prompts for Generative AI models, collaborate with Data, Development, and Business teams, and help drive enterprise AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models.

• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Business teams.

• Analyze data structures, APIs, and information sources for AI applications.

• Define AI use cases and testing scenarios.

• Improve the performance and quality of AI-generated outputs.

• Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or technology solution design.

• Experience working with AI / Generative AI systems or prompt engineering.

• Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data sources.

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent writing skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Advantages

• Experience with Data or Analytics projects.

• SQL knowledge.

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
