What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core

• Recent experience developing with WebForms – mandatory

• Proven experience maintaining, modernizing, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems

• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, complex query development, and performance optimization

• Experience leading developers in an Agile environment, including code reviews, design guidance, and engineering best practices

• Ability to influence technical direction and leverage AI technologies within the software development lifecycle
