Producer

Mench - Advertising company is looking for an experienced Producer to join our Production team. This role is responsible for managing advertising productions from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with Account Management and Creative teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across a variety of media.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of advertising projects, including TV and digital shoots, still photography, post-production, and radio productions

• Coordinate and manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Work closely with external vendors, production companies, post-production houses, photographers, directors, and other production partners

• Source and compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and manage production agreements and contracts

• Collaborate daily with Account Management and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life while maintaining production excellence

• Manage talent and brand ambassadors, including coordination with talent agencies and representatives

• Oversee licensing, usage rights, copyright compliance, and all production-related legal approvals

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all internal and external stakeholders throughout the production process

Requirements

Previous experience as a Producer in an advertising agency / production company / television industry / or post-production house - required.

Proven experience managing commercial productions and photo/video shoots.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Full-time availability to work from our offices in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.
