Technical Manager for the COMINT and Ground EW domain

For our site in Holon, we are looking for a Technical Manager for the COMINT and Ground EW domain

Elbit Systems' ISTAR & EW division leads the development of some of the world's most advanced ground-based electronic warfare systems. You will join a professional engineering team leading complex, large-scale projects in the COMINT and COMJAM domains, working with customers in Israel and abroad

This is your opportunity to take end-to-end technical ownership of projects with significant defense impact and operate on the international stage

In this role you will

Lead and technically manage projects in the COMINT and COMJAM domains for ground-based electronic warfare systems

Manage technical interfaces with customers in Israel and at customer sites abroad

Lead technical and professional reviews

Manage internal interfaces across company divisions (operations, microwave, support and more)

Manage subcontractors

Participate in all project phases in Israel and abroad

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

Background and knowledge in electronic warfare and communication systems - advantage

3-5 years of experience in managing technological projects or engineering leadership

High-level English proficiency, including writing skills

Willingness to travel abroad and to customer sites

Teamwork skills and ability to perform under pressure
