UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences across our products.

The Senior UX Designer will translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant solutions that drive usability, adoption, and measurable customer value.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the confidence to influence product direction through user insights and design excellence

Responsibilities UX Strategy & Vision

:• Define and drive UX strategy aligned with product and business goal

s• Contribute to long-term design vision and experience principle

s• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organizatio

n• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities User Research & Insight

s• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative researc

h• Translate research findings into actionable insight

s• Develop personas, journey maps, and behavioral model

s• Validate hypotheses through usability testing and experimentation Interaction & Experience Desig

n• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction model

s• Design complex workflows and data-driven interface

s• Ensure consistency across products through reusable pattern

s• Define UX for edge cases, error states, and system feedback Collaboration & Leadershi

p• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholder

s• Facilitate design workshops and discovery session

s• Present and defend design decisions with clarity and rational

e• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture Design Systems & Standard

s• Contribute to or maintain design systems and component librarie

s• Ensure accessibility and usability best practice

s• Promote scalable design practices and documentatio

s:•10+ years of UX design experience in product-based organizatio

ns•Proven experience designing complex enterprise or SaaS platfor

ms•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX proce

ss•Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usabili

ty•Proficiency in tools such as Zepplin, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or simil
