A leading defense organization is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join an innovative Cyber Research & Development team specializing in networking, internet communications, and cryptography 🚨

📍 The company offices are located in Tel Aviv.

Role Overview :

• The team is responsible for researching and developing advanced solutions in Cyber Security, Cryptography, and Big Data.

• This position offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale engineering and algorithmic challenges, combining Big Data, distributed systems development, cryptography, computer networking, and cyber security.

• You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and architectural design to development, implementation, and delivery of production-ready solutions.

Requirements :

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience developing complex software systems and working with scalable architectures.

• Passion for cutting-edge technologies, strong learning ability, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Advantages :

• Proven experience in system design and software architecture for complex systems.

• Experience in the cyber security domain (networking, operating systems, or related fields).

• Strong software development experience using Java, Python, and/or Rust.

• Hands-on experience with networking protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, TLS, and related technologies.

• Experience developing software in Linux environments.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience with one or more of the following technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL (SQL), MongoDB.
