Software Architect

A successful, high-growth Cybersecurity startup developing an enterprise Zero Trust access and advanced Network Segmentation platform.

Their technological solutions protect critical Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise environments for global organizations worldwide.

The company employs approximately 80 professionals and operates with a strong, engineering-first culture.

Located in Center district (Right by Central train station), operating on a full-time in-office model.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Principal / Staff Networking Architect reporting directly to the VP R&D.

• Leading system design, technical architecture, and hands-on direction for core networking and security software components.

• Driving technical strategy for critical networking features: segmentation, secure connectivity, routing, and control protocols.

• Defining scalable, resilient, and high-performance architecture capable of securing massive global OT and enterprise infrastructures.

• Working hands-on with core R&D teams to translate architectural designs into production-grade software.

Requirements-

• 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience in networking, cybersecurity, network security, or infrastructure products – Mandatory

• Proven background in technical leadership roles (Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer / Architect / R&D Lead) – Mandatory

• Extensive experience designing and building production-grade software systems for networking, security, or distributed platforms – Mandatory

• Deep expertise in core networking concepts, protocols, routing, traffic flows, segmentation, and access control – Mandatory

• Practical hands-on experience with security & network technologies (Firewalls, Gateways, Proxies, VPNs, ZTNA, NAC, or Segmentation engines) – Mandatory

• Fluent spoken and written English – Mandatory
