AI Video Content Creator

About the job

We are looking for a one-person creative studio who can turn AI prompts into thumb-stopping short-form content. You’ll blend prompt engineering, iPhone cinematography, and fast video editing to produce TikTok-style clips and LinkedIn thought-leadership posts that grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Script engaging hooks, formats, and storyboards.

• Prompt & Generate copy/images with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora (and tomorrow’s tools).

• Shoot crisp, well-lit vertical video on an iPhone (stabilizers, mics, natural light).

• Edit in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or DaVinci; add captions, motion graphics, sound design.

• Iterate quickly—A/B-test hooks and captions, analyze performance data, refine weekly.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs creating social video content for a brand, agency, or personal channel.

• Proven prompt-crafting skills—show us AI-generated work you’ve directed.

• Portfolio of 9:16 videos edited in a mainstream NLE (CapCut, FCP, Premiere, DaVinci).

• Strong storytelling instincts: arresting openings, clear narrative flow, satisfying payoff.

• Excellent self-management and async communication on Slack/Notion.

Nice-to-Have

• Motion graphics / After Effects / 3-D skills

• On-camera talent (comfortable appearing or voicing content)
