An experienced Software Engineer is wanted for the Software Division of ELTA Systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team developing complex algorithms for unique and advanced projects

• Develop in C++ within Linux environments

• Collaborate closely with multiple disciplines, including algorithm developers, system engineers, and QA teams

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or other exact sciences – required

• At least 3 years of experience in C++ development – required

• Proven experience with OOD and OOP principles – required

• Strong orientation toward exact sciences and analytical thinking – required

• Senior-level experience, including mentoring junior developers and solving complex technical challenges

• Experience with Modern C++ and advanced libraries – advantage

• Familiarity with modern design patterns – advantage

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes – advantage

• Experience working in Agile methodologies – advantage

• Theoretical knowledge in physics and radar systems – advantage
