Our expertise includes demand forecasting, experiment-driven planning, and probabilistic planning/forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will Own The Product End-to-end - From User Workflows To The Strategic Decisions That Shape Our AI-native Supply Chain Platform. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

‍

• Owning the product roadmap across our demand forecasting and AI planning modules, and prioritizing of research and development resources.

• Working directly with enterprise customers - demand planners, supply chain managers, and VPs of Operations - to turn real planning-floor problems into product decisions.

• Defining how planners interact with AI-generated forecasts and plans: building trust, transparency, and control.

• Lead adoption and usage initiatives for our live customers - including defining and measuring success metrics and identifying friction points.

• Collaborating daily with engineering, data science, and customer success to take features from insight to production, fast.

Requirements

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual who meets the following qualifications:

‍

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers.

• Proven track record of shipping data-heavy or AI/ML-driven products, and the analytical depth to engage with statistical analysis and probability theory.

• Strong customer instincts: comfortable leading discovery calls, challenging assumptions, and translating what users say into what they need.

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal

• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment: high ownership, fast iteration, and comfort with ambiguity.

Candidates With The Following Experience Will Be Highly Regarded:

• Domain experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or S&OP.

• Experience building products around AI agents and decision support.

• Hands-on data skills for independent product analysis.

• Proficiency in Python and its data libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)

• Experience taking a product from early adopters to scaled enterprise rollout.

• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, Priority) and enterprise integrations.
