Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex business and service projects

Drive cross organizational initiatives focused on customer service customer retention and customer experience

Gather business requirements define service processes and design customer journeys

Lead project implementation across business units and ensure successful delivery against objectives

Analyze data identify trends and build action plans to improve business performance

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing projects in large organizations

Experience writing business requirements and designing service processes and work plans

Academic degree with an advantage for Industrial Engineering and Management

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity with CRM BI and Knowledge Management systems
