Information Security Department Manager

We are recruiting an Information Security Department Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Information Security and Cybersecurity domain across the organization

• Develop and implement information security policies and strategies

• Lead work plans and strategic cybersecurity projects

• Take responsibility for security solutions and cybersecurity event monitoring

• Manage team leaders and professional cybersecurity teams

• Develop and strengthen the department’s professional capabilities

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity, including at least 5 years of experience managing groups or departments in complex organizations

• Experience leading work plans and technology projects in the Cybersecurity field

• Experience managing teams of at least 20 employees

• Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and outsourcing

• Relevant academic education; experience in the financial or banking sector – advantage
