System Admin & Security

We are looking for an experienced System Admin & Security Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure complex enterprise IT environments.

The role combines hands-on responsibility for Microsoft infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, virtualization, networking, and advanced information security solutions. It includes leading infrastructure and security projects, strengthening organizational security controls, and ensuring the availability, performance, and protection of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in hybrid environments.

• Manage Windows Servers, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange infrastructure.

• Maintain and optimize VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.

• Implement and manage Microsoft security solutions, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, EDR, and XDR.

• Manage enterprise Firewall, WAF, VPN, DMZ, and Reverse Proxy environments.

• Identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities across cloud and On-Prem environments.

• Lead infrastructure and security projects from planning through implementation.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security incidents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a System or Infrastructure role within a medium or large organization

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid environments

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server infrastructure and Exchange.

• Strong VMware experience, including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, HA, and DRS.

• Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, Firewall, WAF, and identity security solutions.

• Strong understanding of networking, routing, VPN, DNS, and communication protocols.

• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam.

• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
