Professional Services Engineer Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and motivated Professional Services Engineer Team Lead to join our Delivery department!

Our Professional Services teams are responsible for the technical delivery to our customers by implementing Cyber Security solutions

.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of talented Professional Services Engineers

• Perform technical integration activities of the new and existing cyber security platforms and products;

• Perform end-to-end tests to verify the integration for product owner sign off;

• Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood;

• Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverables

• Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in technical integration\ system administration \system\IT\post sale activities

• 1-2 years of management experience

• Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advantage: Experience in cyber industry

• Advantage: Experience in CyberArk\ForcePoint\MFT products

• Advantage: Security clearance
