Tech Lead (Adtech)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join a growing company in the programmatic advertising and performance marketing space.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys taking ownership across infrastructure, internal systems, and advertising technologies. You'll work closely with Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure the company's platforms and technical operations run smoothly while helping scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across infrastructure, internal systems, and advertising platforms

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, cloud environments, deployments, monitoring, and security

• Administer Linux servers, networking, DNS, and production environments

• Support internal IT operations, including Google Workspace, domain management, user onboarding, access management, and hardware setup

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Operations teams to deliver scalable technical solutions

• Support integrations with third-party platforms and advertising technologies

• Drive automation, process improvements, and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Senior Engineering role

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure

• Experience managing Linux servers, networking, DNS, and production environments

• Experience supporting company IT operations, including Google Workspace, domains, user management, and hardware

• Strong scripting or development skills (Python, Node.js, Bash, or similar)

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives

• Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Performance Marketing, or Digital Media

• Experience supporting browser extensions, Google/Yahoo/Bing feeds, CTV/Video, or other advertising technologies

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

• Startup or small-company experience with broad technical ownership
